Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Toms River, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

Process policies, certificates, endorsements, correspondence, and other administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

Prepare certificates and Auto ID cards in alignment with team requirements.

Organize and maintain electronic files in compliance with company standards.

Operate and manage office equipment, including fax machines, copiers, and other tools.

Address routine issues independently and escalate complex matters to the Service Team when necessary.

Create and manage account-specific workflows and service plans using Sagitta and WorkSmart.

Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and other clerical duties.

Collaborate with the team to address additional administrative support needs as required.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all tasks.

Requirements - A college degree is preferred but not required.

Prior experience in an office or insurance environment is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional customer service abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to operate office equipment effectively and independently.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
