Work involves coordinating the dissemination of information, developing filing systems, and coordinating internal administrative support work. May supervise the work of others. Assist in researching technical issues.10. Answer phone calls, route incoming calls, take messages, greet visitors, and direct visitors to the appropriate staff.11. Manage and maintain schedules and travel arrangements for supervisors/managers.12. May research compose, design, or edit agency publications such as brochures, forms, manuals, and reports or presentations.13. May develop and review training materials.14. May review and edit reports to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.15. May develop administrative and technical policies and procedures.16. May supervise the work of others.17. Qualifications: GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:Education and#8211; Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent is required.
