Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee critical accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting organizational growth. This position is ideal for someone with a keen attention to detail, a strong background in financial management, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Responsibilities:

Manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Prepare and review K-1 statements, maintaining precision and compliance with regulations.

Lead audit preparation activities, coordinating with external auditors and internal teams.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Support technical teams with financial expertise, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations and reporting.

Monitor and reconcile accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management.

Proficiency in month-end close processes and K-1 statement preparation.

Strong knowledge of audit preparation and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
