Koniag Government Services, is looking for a Capture Support Analyst (Entry-Level).

The Capture Support Analyst provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Capture and Business Development team throughout the federal opportunity lifecycle. The role supports opportunity identification, pipeline tracking, capture planning, market research, and coordination of internal teams to help the company win new federal business.

Key Responsibilities

Support Maintenance of Capability Brief Repository.

Support Capture Managers with day-to-day capture activities across the opportunity lifecycle (pre-RFP through award).

Support administrative process requirements.

Assist in researching federal agencies, missions, customers, competitors, and incumbent contractors.

Monitor and track opportunities in CRM and government procurement systems (e.g., SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS, agency forecast tools).

Help prepare capture artifacts including:

Capture plans

Win themes

Competitive analysis

Stakeholder maps

Price-to-win inputs

Assist with opportunity qualification and gate reviews.

Coordinate meetings, maintain action item logs, and follow up on tasks with internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, GovWin, Deltek).

Support transition from capture to proposal, ensuring capture intelligence is handed off to proposal teams.

Assist with maintaining customer and partner contact records.

Support teaming and partner outreach efforts.

Help maintain process documentation and templates

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Interest in federal government, contracting, business development, or consulting.

Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or experience in federal contracting, consulting, or proposal development.

Familiarity with the federal acquisition process and lifecycle.

Experience with CRM or pipeline tools (Salesforce, GovWin, Deltek, etc.).

Experience researching and synthesizing information.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
