Senior Application Developer

Location: Washington, DC (Bolling AFB)

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI or Top Secret (Required)

Requirements:

Proven experience (4+ years) with integrations using PostgreSQL, Python, Studio, BIRT, EIBs, Core Connectors, and related tools.

Strength in troubleshooting, fixing, and developing integrations while maintaining system integrity and security.

Experience in Configuration, Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, and XML/XSLT.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Preferred: Master's Degree, and experience with Prism, Extend, Workday Analytics, APIs (SOAP/REST), middleware, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, and Configurable Security.

Ability to conduct system testing and deliver solutions for integrations, configurations, and reports.

Responsibilities:

Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance applications supporting high-visibility executive-level operations, primarily in a government or military environment.

Implement and support complex system integrations using tools such as PostgreSQL, Python, Studio, BIRT, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB), Extend/Orchestrate, and related technologies.

Design and modify data integrations, configure reporting features, and develop custom solutions with Calculated Fields, XML/XSLT, and Process automation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and system users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

Conduct system testing, support Cloud Connectors, Document Transformations, and EIB development efforts to optimize system performance and capability.

Stay informed on the latest trends, features, and best practices related to system integrations, middleware, cloud solutions, and security protocols.
