This role will drive enterprise-level initiatives that expand the manufacturing footprint, strengthen operational capabilities, and unlock sustainable margin growth. The Sr Director of Strategy will combine analytical rigor with strategic foresight to ensure the organization is positioned to support accelerated business growth. Key Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Business Growth Develop and lead the company\'s multi-year operational strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives and market opportunities. Evaluate current operational performance and identify strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and cost structure. Partner with cross-functional leaders (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial) to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. Identify, cultivate, and select strategic supply partners-support negotiation efforts in collaboration with procurement to support growth, ensure long-term capacity alignment, and strengthen operational resilience. Manufacturing Footprint Expansion Assess the current plant network and determine the optimal footprint to support future demand, including greenfield sites, facility expansions, and strategic consolidations.
