The company designs and manufactures custom electrical control systems used across industrial and municipal applications. You\'ll work with modern equipment, in-house engineering support, and automated wire-processing technology that helps streamline production. Job Title: Electrical Assembler Location: Sussex, WI Pay Rate: negotiable Shift: 1st or 2nd 1st Shift MondayFriday Flexible 8-hour schedule 2nd Shift (Highest Priority) MondayThursday, Fridays off 2:00 PM12:00 Midnight Experience Requirements: Electrical Assembler Level A Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical assembly or related field. Proven ability to work independently and lead others. Electrical Assembler Level B Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical assembly or related field. Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision. Willingness to train and supervise entry-level personnel. What You\'ll Be Doing You\'ll be responsible for assembling electrical control panels from start to finish, using schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include: Level A Building complex electrical control panels with minimal supervision Interpreting detailed schematics, wire lists, and drawing notes Applying knowledge of electrical standards (NEMA, NEC, UL, IEC) Leading or mentoring others on the team Ensuring high-quality workmanship and professionalism Level B Assembling moderate-complexity panels Laying out and mounting components (drilling, tapping, cutting) Wiring components from schematics and wire lists Working independently with limited supervision Assisting with training of entry-level assemblers What We\'re Looking For Experience working with electrical control panels Ability to read schematics or wiring instructions Basic understanding of electrical code Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Note: Experience limited to PCB soldering is not a match unless you also have panel wiring experience.
