As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Mukilteo, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service, document observations, and deliver strong customer service and communication while supporting a caring, integrity-driven team. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in line with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification, and directing individuals to the appropriate location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Monitor alarms, radios, and surveillance systems when assigned, and document and report security-related observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns per post orders.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, assisting with traffic control and/or evacuation routing as directed, and maintaining scene awareness until relieved.

Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs with accurate details, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnovers to support continuity of site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
