Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in innovative packaging solutions, is seeking a One Piece Operator for 3rd Shift to join their dedicated team. As a One Piece Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: One Piece Operator I 3rd Shift

Location: St Petersburg, FL

Shift: 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

Set up and operate the One Piece machine to ensure proper production of cards and packaging materials.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine-related issues to maintain optimal performance.

Ensure the correct product, labels, and packaging materials are used according to specifications.

Complete quality control documentation and perform visual inspections of materials before and during production.

Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, ISO, and GMP to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to read, understand, and follow schedules, instructions, and work tickets.

Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Physical capability to handle materials, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
