Summary You will serve as a ACQUISITION & SUSTAINMENT MANAGER in the Public Safety Systems Department of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS. Responsibilities You will manage all sustainment projects, activities and contracts. You will serve as the contracting officer representative (COR) on multiple contracts. You will manage projects that oversee all aspects of Public Safety Systems sustainment tools and processes to include deployment, cyber compliance, life cycle management and maintenance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages the cost, scheduling, and performance of projects through the complete lifecycle, 2) Applies principles of Navy Emergency Management and Force Protection to develop and implement solutions, 3) Analyzes assessment findings to identify connections and formulate clear, rational actions, 4) Makes critical and timely decisions in support of emergency management, 5) Builds trust and cultivates collaboration among varied stakeholders, from operators to senior leaders, 6) Thinks strategically and coordinates with senior officials to resolve problems related to life and safety.
