Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Navy International Programs Office. Responsibilities You will engage and facilitate NIPO participation on AUKUS activities with non-DON organizations such as OSD and State Department You will ensure the timely execution of unscheduled emergent and high priority tasking related to the AUKUS effort You will meet routinely with NIPO members and leadership to ensure continued situational awareness, eliminate stovepipes, and ensure transparent knowledge sharing across Pillar 1 and 2 activities You will coordinate NIPO AUKUS WG team activities and ensuring appropriate NIPO representation is addressed and coordinated as necessary You will produce accurate and timely reporting of meeting minutes, identify action items, and track outcomes on behalf of NIPO members for key external stakeholders as needed You will synchronize external recommendations across NIPO directorates to prioritize identified NIPO actions by appropriate SMEs You will generate reports, analyze COAs, and propose recommendations for consideration for AUKUS-related efforts Coordinate daily with the AUKUS Implementation and Acquisition Program Manager on all international program needs, including personnel, disclosure policy, international agreements, sustainment, facilities, and training. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to communicate expertly verbally and in writing, including the coordination, management, and delivery of DON positions to U.S. officials, foreign officials, and private industry; Ability to establish priorities involving multiple issues and tasks, including coordination with DON program offices and country teams; Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions; Skills in using qualitative and quantitative techniques to conduct analysis to improve programs assigned.
