Summary You will serve as an Information Business Systems Director and Command Data Officer (CDO) in the Command Information Office of NAVFAC OSF. Responsibilities You will have the ability to provide expert technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on IT data issues. You will lead cross-discipline teams to certify the availability, reliability and accessibility of secure IT systems and infrastructure. You will apply database management concepts, principles, and methods to evaluating the aspects of data within a framework Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-14) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Having the ability to provide expert technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on IT data issues; 2) Leading cross-discipline teams to certify the availability, reliability and accessibility of secure IT systems and infrastructure; and 3) Applying database management concepts, principles, and methods to evaluating the aspects of data within a framework.
