As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in LIMA, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aero and defense location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and emergency services when directed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production and office areas, and perimeter routes to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or unauthorized access attempts.

Control access at entry points by checking identification and/or badges, verifying visitor authorization, issuing temporary credentials when directed, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs per site policy.

Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol activity, incident reports, and daily logs, and communicate security-related concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
