Orick Stamping is a profitable, well-established 50+ year non-union company located in Northwest Ohio. As a Tier II manufacturer of automotive metal stampings and robotic welded assemblies, we are currently recruiting quality candidates for the position of Automotive Stamping Tool & Die Manager.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, organized individual with strong technical and managerial skills. This position is totally responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of current tooling and for any die build performed in-house.

Skill Requirements:

Minimum 10 years supervisory experience in the automotive metal stamping industry

Experience with progressive stamping dies, transfer dies, new die builds, and die PM programs

Experience manufacturing dies from initial design to final part approval

Skilled in CAD/CAM; CNC and EDM are strong assets

20 years experience in progressive die construction in a job shop environment

Experience managing 8--12 tool room associates and supporting production stamping

Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, including ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949

Must possess a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
