We're hiring a Marketing Intern in our DC office!

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our growing Marketing & CX (MarCX) team and help us bring the CYM brand to life across new and existing shops. This is a hands-on, high-energy internship for someone who's creative, organized, and ready to learn what it takes to market a fast-growing, cult-favorite restaurant brand.

You'll help support local shop marketing, new shop openings, and brand campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute projects that drive awareness, traffic, and joy across our markets.

Your responsibilities will be:

Support local shop marketing activations, from neighborhood partnerships to in-shop events.

Help execute marketing plans for new shop openings (flyer drops, press prep, grand opening support, etc.) .

Assist with content creation, photography, and social media planning.

Track marketing performance metrics and organize campaign recaps.

Manage local outreach lists and help identify community engagement opportunities.

Coordinate samples, swag, and event logistics with our shops and brand partners.

Keep the team organized with project tracking, asset management, and research

You'll be a great addition to the CYM team if:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.

A passion for food, community, and creative storytelling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

A "yes, and..." mindset-ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen

Additional Requirements:

In-person internship based in our Adams Morgan office.

Minimum 15 hours per week.

Internship duration: Spring and Summer 2026, with the possibility to extend
