Our client, the HVAC and Plumbing industry, is seeking an Inside Sales to join their team. As an Inside Sales, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting customer service and technical guidance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inside Sales

Location: Seymour, IN

Pay Range: $23 - $28/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Provide technical guidance on residential and commercial HVAC and Plumbing products

Navigate inventory management software efficiently

Handle in-person and over-the-phone orders with professionalism

Assist customers in finding the right parts at the right price

What's Needed?

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields

Knowledge of auto parts, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing products is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and customer service abilities

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
