Our client, a family-oriented locally owned company with a national reach, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of a dedicated group supporting various trades, ensuring that clients receive excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-minded attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Seymour, IN

Pay Range: $16- $24 per hour

Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm (1 hour lunch)

What's the Job?

Provide clients with excellent customer service at the customer counter and over the phone.

Pull work orders and items in the warehouse efficiently.

Load and unload delivery trucks and deliver orders to surrounding counties using a company vehicle.

Ensure safe and timely delivery of inventory while adhering to traffic laws and safety procedures.

Assist with other tasks as directed by your supervisor to maintain smooth operations.

What's Needed?

Understanding of organizational procedures and operations.

Ability to operate material handling equipment and vehicles with standard transmission.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
