Academic Coordinator

Location: Aug Prep South Campus

Schedule: Full-time, year-round

Reports To: Chief Academic Officer (CAO)

In This Role, You Will

Executive Support

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Academic Officer, including scheduling, meeting preparation, note-taking, and communication management.

Organize and maintain electronic files and academic documentation systems.

Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth execution of academic initiatives and daily operations.

Curriculum & Instruction Support

Collaborate with the CAO to support curriculum development, vertical alignment, and assessment practices across K-12.

Assist in implementing instructional initiatives that advance the school's academic vision.

Coordinate professional development opportunities to strengthen instructional practices and student outcomes.

Data Management & Reporting

Collect, organize, and analyze academic data to inform instructional decisions and monitor student progress.

Support the preparation of academic reports for leadership, board members, and accrediting bodies.

Communication & Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between the CAO and faculty, staff, students, and parents to ensure clear and consistent communication of academic priorities.

Support coordination of academic events such as parent-teacher conferences, showcase nights, and professional learning communities (PLCs).

Model professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all communications and interactions.

What We're Looking For

A deep belief in the ability of every child and a commitment to academic excellence.

High School degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience supporting academic leadership, curriculum coordination, or school operations preferred.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Active participation in a Christian church.

Alignment with the mission, values, and Statement of Beliefs of St. Augustine Preparatory Academy.

Lastly and most importantly, the candidate must demonstrate and possess the highest integrity and live out the values, beliefs, and culture of Aug Prep.
