Physical Demands of the Position: Involves the regular, and at times sustained, performance of heavier physical tasks, such as walking over rough or uneven surfaces. Bending, stooping, kneeling, leaping, jumping down (at least one foot). Standing in place or continual walking, lifting, or carrying moderately heavy (50 pounds) items. May involve the complex operation of gasoline, electric or diesel powered machinery requiring the manipulation skills in performing a variety of tasks with the full range of hand and power tools.
