Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials, while optimizing cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.

Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports on supply chain metrics.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.

Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
