Responsibilities for an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

Provide diverse and confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management for multiple senior Technology Executives.

Communicate effectively with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information.

Manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Arrange travel logistics, process expense reports, and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and documentation with strong written and oral communication skills.

Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and forms while supporting inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with event planning, town halls, skip-level meetings, and off-site logistics.

Track and follow through on action items and deliverables across multiple business lines.

Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level executives.

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and maintain confidentiality with integrity.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; tech-savvy and able to adopt new tools quickly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.

Experience managing executive calendars, travel coordination, and expense reporting.

Proven ability to foster collaboration and build trust with team members and business partners.

Pay Details: $24.93 per hour
