Entry-Level Manufacturing Opportunity

What You'll Do

Operate basic production machines after receiving full training

Follow simple instructions to assemble and process parts

Perform basic quality checks using microscopes and measuring tools (we will train you!)

Keep your area organized, clean, and safe during your shift

Assist with general production tasks such as loading materials or packaging

Learn to identify minor machine issues and report them to maintenance

Support manufacturing processes in clean, temperature-controlled areas

What You Bring

Willingness to learn new skills and work with your hands

Ability to read basic instructions, labels, or diagrams

Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits

Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate materials

Great attitude, teamwork, and interest in manufacturing

Experience using calipers, micrometers, or tools is a plus

Extra Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or general labor

Comfort working around small parts, hand tools, or measuring tools

Experience in medical device assembly or cleanroom environments (not required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
