Associate Director, End-to-end Supply Chain
Location: Shelton, CT
We are seeking an Associate Director, End-to-End Supply Chain who will be responsible for end-to-end demand and supply planning, integrated business planning execution, and indirect sourcing management. This position leads a teams that ensures optimal product availability, inventory health, and service levels while balancing cost, capacity, and risk. Additionally, the role oversees indirect sourcing activities; partners closely with Sales, Sales Planning, Brand, Finance and Operations, to align plans with business objectives and drive continuous improvement to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key responsibilities
Own and lead the demand and supply planning processes, ensuring alignment between forecast, inventory, CMO capacity, and customer service objectives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration through SIOP cycles, including preparation of executive-level materials and scenario modeling.
Lead, coach, and develop a team
Drive a mindset of CPG ways of working across the Demand/Supply team, with a passion for excellence in customer and brand performance.
Establish performance goals, KPIs, and accountability for planners, including service levels, inventory turns, and plan adherence. Ensure best-in-class planning standards, tools, and processes are consistently followed.
Build succession plans and strengthen organizational capability through training and process standardization.
Support the Sales, Sales Planning and Brand teams in the execution of Indirect contracts and purchase orders. Provide oversight of spend and contract updates. Partner with Finance, Legal, and functional leaders to ensure compliance, governance, and budget alignment.
The salary scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $180,800-$190,000.

You bring
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply planning, or related supply chain roles in a fast-paced CGP retail and e-commerce environmentrequired
Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing Buyer/Planner teams
Strong knowledge of SIOP, inventory management, and supply chain planning principles. Experience managing indirect sourcing. Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong collaborator across the organization with a passion for the Brand and customer excellence.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field required
