Job Title: 1st Shift Quality Inspector Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Quality Inspector, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our aluminum heat pipes. You will work from Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm, following a 9/80 schedule. This position is part of our quality department, focusing on manufacturing, testing, and inspecting high-precision components.

Responsibilities

Measure and test equipment using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other hand tools and instruments.

Follow shop drawings and basic blueprints for customer orders.

Transfer written data and machine data into the database.

Participate in the entire inspection process, from machined parts to quality checks on products for the military or NASA.

Perform extensive visual inspections.

Input data accurately into the computer system.

Essential Skills

Strong culture fit with good soft skills.

Solid work tenure with a stable work history.

High level of attention to detail, especially with small parts assembly or machining.

Experience in a machine shop environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with brazing, inspection, soldering, assembly, micrometers, calipers, gauges.

GED or Diploma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
