Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join a local manufacturing organization. This role involves supporting both our inside and outside sales teams, ensuring seamless coordination with customers and vendors to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales teams to streamline communication and improve customer satisfaction.

Manage and maintain accurate customer and vendor records using data entry and typing skills.

Act as a liaison between production teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking order progress to support sales operations.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet customer needs and product specifications.

Support the sales process through effective communication and organization.

Monitor and follow up on sales leads to ensure timely responses and continuity.

Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of sales procedures and systems.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales role.

Strong proficiency in typing and data entry with attention to detail.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

A background in B2B sales or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
