Early responsibility

You will work with lean, focused teams on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments which provide you responsibility and the opportunity to start to develop an Analyst skill-set.

Exposure

An intern position at Mizuho | Greenhill provides unparalleled exposure to senior professionals and clients.

Training

Our training program provides essential skills that are continually developed by the experience of working with senior advisory professionals across a wide range of assignments

Program

The internship program will start late June 2026 and run through July 2026.

Job Description

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Modelling and valuation: build and update valuation models and business plans for corporate finance and transactions (including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc).

Preparation of marketing documents

Preparation of client presentations, pitch books, information memorandums and data rooms

Internet and database research on various sectors and prospects

Preparation of financial analysis and business planning

What are we looking for?

Individuals in the penultimate year of their bachelor's or master's degree with a clear motivation to develop a career in investment banking

A strong work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure

Strong numerical ability and logical reasoning

Outstanding academic record

A keen eye for detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly

Demonstrable commercial skills

An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
