Job Description

The individual in this position will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing test equipment needed for aerospace and biodynamics testing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The successful candidate will be hands-on, people oriented, and have knowledge of mechanics and mechanical systems. The selected candidate will learn the ins and outs of key safety equipment, perform routine inspections and maintenance, and proactively report issues that could lead to test apparatus failures.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

· Associates in engineering or engineering technology or related field OR certified mechanic or related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience.

· 3-5 years of experience

· Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

· Knowledge of safety restraints and equipment is a plus

· Excellent communication skills

· This position is working within a government facility and requires U.S. Citizenship
