Duties: Work with the digital and content team within the global marketing organization to write, edit, and proofread copy. Help develop marketing content and campaigns worldwide that generate demand and increase sales conversions for AE's product and services. Coordinate marketing requests for global communications including emails and digital campaigns. Act as corporate marketing project manager, coordinating the promotional activities of marketing projects, such as digital campaigns, marketing collaterals, events and tradeshows, and product launches, from initial concept through to final publication, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met. Triage marketing requests for corporate marketing team, defining project scope, timeline and stakeholders to create efficient project execution. Act as a website content lead, conducting routine web audit, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant. Collaborate with content strategist to curate product launches strategy, campaigns and best-in-class marketing content. Develop clear and compelling creative briefs to guide designers in creating cohesive marketing materials. Support Internal communication plans activities across multiple global sites. Minimum Requirements:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, English, Journalism, or related field

EXPERIENCE:

1 year of experience in project management and marketing.

SPECIFIC SKILLS: This position also requires education or experience with 1)customer-facing website management; 2) back-end website management; 3) UX/UI design; 4) lead generation; 5) Project Management Applications (JIRA (Atlassian), Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project); 6) Product Marketing Strategies (B2B Marketing, B2C Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Content Strategy); 7) Sales Enablement Material Development; 8) Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads); 9) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using SalesForce, Marketo, Staffbase, Mailchimp, or equivalent; and 10) Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere.

Compensation: $81,120.00 to $111,120.00 per year
