The Assistant Coordinator will be responsible for managing the operational, administrative, and outreach activities that support NADP\'s mission to monitor and assess atmospheric deposition across North America. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth program operations, maintaining effective communication with monitoring sites and stakeholders, and facilitating scientific meetings and events. The Assistant Coordinator will work closely with the NADP Coordinator, Program Office (PO) staff, NADP Analytical Lab (NAL) staff, and NADP committees including the Executive Committee to coordinate site management, data dissemination, external communications, and staff supervision. The Assistant Coordinator will also serve as the primary backup to the NADP Coordinator for any NADP presentations, reports, and other project deliverables. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining positive relationships with federal, state, tribal, and academic partners.
