GENERAL DESCRIPTIONPerforms senior-level system administration and development in the agencyand#8217;s SharePoint environment. Ensures platform reliability, performance, security, and usability for effective collaboration and information sharing. Designs, develops, and implements custom SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power App solutions to meet business needs. Work under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.(90%) Responsible for developing and customizing the agency's SharePoint and Power Platform to meet business requirements.and#8226;Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and create tailored SharePoint solutions that align with business objectives.and#8226;Customize SharePoint sites for improved usability and branding.and#8226;Support site owners with configuration and best practices.and#8226;Use the SharePoint migration tool to transfer file shares.and#8226;Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.and#8226;Train end-users and create documentation for best practices.and#8226;Develop custom SharePoint solutions utilizing SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps.and#8226;Connect SharePoint with other enterprise applications, such as Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs. 2.(10%) Performs related work as assignedREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONand#8226;Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems is generally preferred. Education and experience may be substituted for one another.and#8226;5+ years SharePoint experience required.and#8226;2+ yearsand#8217; experience as a SharePoint Developer.and#8226;Demonstrated experience in administering Microsoft SharePoint 2010, and SharePoint Online through Office 365. and#8226;Proven experience in Microsoft cloud environments, including oSharePoint,oPower Automate, oPowerBI, oPowerApps. AndoDynamic365.and#8226;Skilled in using the SharePoint migration tool to move content from on-premise environments to the cloud. and#8226;Proficient in Visual Studio. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONand#8226;7+ years SharePoint experience required.and#8226;4+ yearsand#8217; experience as a SharePoint Developer.and#8226;Automation experience with Power App, and PowerBI reportingand#8226;Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or Developer.and#8226;Experience with Azure Active Directory and cloud integrations.and#8226;Experience with Microsoft 365 CopilotKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESand#8226;Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.and#8226;Ability to identify and resolve systems and network issues. and#8226;Effective communication skills with clients/customers to gather information and explain policies and procedures.and#8226;Proficiency in producing high-level correspondence, reports, documents, policies, procedures, and training/instructional manuals.and#8226;Highly self-driven and capable of working independently.and#8226;Capable of multitasking and effectively communicating with technical and non-technical staff.and#8226;Attention to detail and accuracy.
