Job Title: Accounting CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our team and manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions for our eCommerce brand. This is a hands-on, transactional role that emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and maintaining clean financial records. The position is 100% in-office and reports directly to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

Manage and process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial records.

Perform invoicing, data entry, and reconciliation tasks.

Use QuickBooks Online for accounting tasks.

Conduct credit card reconciliations and invoice processing.

Assist in month-end closing and general ledger tasks.

Handle high-volume transactions efficiently.

Essential Skills

1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle high-volume transactions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in eCommerce or retail is preferred.

Work Environment

The position is based in a small office environment with working hours from Monday to Friday, either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Katy, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
