We're hiring an Administrative Assistant at our rental facility in Waller, TX, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the operations team by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to help keep the team organized and on schedule.

Schedule: Part Time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 20 hours a week

Pay: $15-20/hr depending on experience

Primary Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to our operations team

Screen incoming phone calls, taking messages when appropriate

Data Entry

Draft internal and external correspondence

Submit expense reports

Take notes during meetings

Assist with other clerical tasks as needed, including data entry

Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; evaluate new office products; place and expedite orders for supplies; and verify receipt of supplies

Skills & Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic computer skills

Attention to detail

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
