Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing operations, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Business Partner to join their team. As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be supporting several Directors within the Manufacturing Operations department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to supporting a dynamic team environment. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute significantly to the success of the team and the organization's mission.

Job Title: Administrative Business Partner

Location: Lincoln Centre - Foster City (fully onsite)

Pay Range: 58/hr.

Location: Foster City, CA

What's the Job?

Hands-on meeting scheduling, coordination, and note-taking to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations

Scheduling team and cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration and project progress

Assisting with team off-sites and events to foster team cohesion and engagement

Helping with new hire onboarding to support seamless integration of new team members

Completing administrative tasks including booking domestic and international travel, expense reporting, calendar management, and meeting arrangements

What's Needed?

4 to 6 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, demonstrating reliability and professionalism

Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background

Strong organizational skills and an appreciation for supporting a diverse and growing team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and senior leaders

Technical proficiency with Google for Business Suite, MS Office Suite, Keynote, and other Apple products
