Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Operations Management team in Newtown Square, PA. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting business operations and enterprise technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate lives within a commutable distance to Newtown Square, PA and is currently pursuing their junior or senior year. Eager to gain real-world experience in operations management, business process improvement, and enterprise technology.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative support for ongoing business initiatives
Support project coordination activities including task tracking, scheduling, and status reporting
Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain project documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business process improvements
Help identify opportunities to streamline and standardize operational procedures
Provide technical and administrative support using enterprise software systems
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational efficiency
Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
Assist in data collection, organization, and reporting activities
Support quality assurance efforts and adherence to departmental guidelines
Required Qualifications
Education:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in operations management, International Business, Business Administration, or related field
Must be entering Junior year or beyond (rising Junior's welcome to apply)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with or willingness to learn: SAP, SAP AI, Fieldglass, S/4HANA, and ServiceNOW
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus
Professional Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen or demonstrated potential to develop business insight
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 (USD) USD.
