Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Operations Manager for healthcare to oversee the housekeeping team. The successful candidate will work Day Shift (6:30AM to 3PM) managing a team of 35,working every other weekend including some holidays as business needs dictate. Overall will manage daily interaction, weekly huddles, and meetings. Prior Environmental Service management experience in a health care/hospital environment would be helpful. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities at one time, in a fast paced environment.

What You'll Do

be a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a health care housekeeping system;

has experience with Sodexo EVS systems and processes;

has 5 years previous custodial or housekeeping management experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
