Overall Responsibilities Manage and reply to all client inquiries within 2 hours Enter sales orders and follow through logistics processes Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules or plans as required Prepare project reports for management, clients, or internal teams Assist Account Manager in providing technical advice and resolving problems Correspond with customers to ensure requirements are met Create and maintain reports as required by customers Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews as needed Monitor processes related to customer-specific requirements Follow up to ensure all project SLAs are met Provide customer support and maintain client confidentiality Provide backup support for Account Manager and other team members as needed Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Qualifications & Skills Customer service experience preferred SAP knowledge is a plus Supply chain experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational and analytical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and within a team Demonstrated initiative and flexibility Ability to work overtime as required Job Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records Computer literacy required High School Diploma required Experience working with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook preferred Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Physical Demands & Work Environment ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requires mobility and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols Requires hand-eye coordination Regularly sits for extended periods of time Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms Regular use of office equipment including telephone, copier, calculator, and computer Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds Work performed in a professional office environment with constant interaction with staff and customers ** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: Jesse@labor-solutions.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
