About The Role:

This intern will report to the Commercial Banking Team.

In this role, you will receive hands-on experience in agriculture lending and risk management.

Your objective will be gaining practical experience in agricultural risk management and credit analysis.

Preferred degree and skillset include a degree in Agriculture Business Management, Agriculture and Resource Economics, Business Management, Business Finance. Preference given to those with a farming or agricultural background. Skillset will include good communication skills and understanding of basic software programs as well as a basic understanding of financial accounting.

About You:

You're an undergraduate student aiming to graduate in spring 2026/2027 or a recent graduate within the last year.

Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), fully onsite, for 10 weeks starting in June.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

The pay rate for this role is $22.00 per hour.

The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
