Job Title: Industrial Project ManagerJob Description

Oversee the full lifecycle of industrial piping and mechanical construction projects. This role involves managing all phases-from design and budgeting to prefabrication, field execution, and project closeout-while partnering closely with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution, ensuring profitability, accuracy, safety, and alignment with customer expectations. This position is ideal for someone who excels in technical leadership, relationship-building, and managing complex industrial construction environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of industrial piping and mechanical construction projects.

Manage all phases of projects, including design, budgeting, prefabrication, field execution, and project closeout.

Partner closely with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.

Ensure profitability, accuracy, safety, and alignment with customer expectations.

Work Environment

The candidate does not need to be local, though being local is preferred, but must be able to travel to job sites and the headquarters in Iowa. The role requires travel to various states for project sites. Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Ankeny, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $124000.00/yr.

ESOP - 401K through Principal - Medical/Dental/Vision - FSA - HSA - Employee Assistance Program - PTO starting at 3 weeks + 7 holidays

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Ankeny,IA.
