Hourly Wage:

Pool Attendant - $10.00 per hour

Certified Lifeguard - $12.00 per hour

Part Time

Flexible Shifts, including Weekends and Holidays.

What's the job?

As a Recreation Attendant, you will efficiently and effectively supervise the swimming pool facilities, constantly monitoring people's actions and taking full control of water safety, ensuring all operating and emergency procedures are followed at all times. You will ensure that the poolside and recreational areas are kept clean and safe from hazards and provide assistance to guests as required. You will ensure that all facilities are to be cleaned and maintained on a daily basis and any discrepancies are to be reported immediately to your supervisor.

Your Day to Day

Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for all guests. Maintain pool facilities, provide friendly assistance, and uphold the hotel's service standards to deliver an exceptional resort experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area; perform opening and closing duties

Replenish towels, beverages, and amenities, and manage stock levels

Provide courteous and attentive service in response to guest requests or inquiries

Arrange pool chairs and umbrellas to ensure guest comfort and visual order

Report and manage any lost or found items following hotel policy

Adhere to safety procedures and prevent accidents or hazards proactively

Communicate promptly with managers or security in case of emergencies

Promote teamwork and effective communication within the department
