This is an onsite position: 650 Chauvet Dr Pittsburgh, PA 15275

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs bydeterminingthe best products and solutions.

Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service throughtimelyquotations andaccuratesales orders.

Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.

Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.

Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM)systemand phonesystem.

Qualifications

0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.

Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.

Proventrack recordof responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisionsin a timely manner.

Salesforce experience is a plus.

Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.

Highlymotivated andcustomerservice orientedmentality withabilityto build relationships is a plus.

General digitalliteracyincluding Microsoft Office.

Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
