This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a staffing and consulting environment and can manage executive support, HR coordination, compliance, payroll oversight, and vendor relationships with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendar, communications, and meeting coordination

Draft emails, track action items, and participate in leadership calls

Audit onboarding and offboarding processes

Track work orders, RFPs, and staffing documentation

Oversee payroll audits and invoicing accuracy

Manage benefits administration

Track contract renewals and vendor agreements

Liaise with international accounting partners

Support business compliance and documentation

Coordinate and liaise with legal counsel employment-based immigration documentation

Manage facilities, supplies, and service providers

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or executive administration

Experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services preferred

Understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance processes

Excellent organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
