Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a part-time, contract basis in Denver, Colorado. This contract position is designed to provide essential accounting support, ensuring operational continuity while senior staff focus on strategic projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping records in accordance with company procedures.

Reconcile credit card transactions using tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Quickly adapt to company processes and procedures to perform duties with minimal supervision.

Provide assistance with various accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain a high level of data integrity by following documentation standards and company guidelines.

Collaborate effectively with the team to meet deadlines and organizational goals.

Utilize QuickBooks to support invoice processing and other accounting tasks. Requirements - Previous experience in an accounting clerk or similar role is preferred.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.

Availability for a part-time contract role with immediate start.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
