Description We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team in Littleton, Colorado. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in family law and a desire to work collaboratively while managing their own caseloads. As part of our firm, you will provide exceptional legal counsel and advocacy, empowering clients during challenging times.

Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, domestic violence, and property division.

Manage a caseload of 30-40 clients independently, with access to paralegal support and guidance from senior attorneys for complex cases.

Offer strategic legal representation to clients throughout litigation and dispute resolution processes.

Prepare case strategies, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.

Conduct negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve the most favorable outcomes for clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continued growth of your book of business.

Mentor attorneys who are early in their careers and contribute to the firm's overall growth and development.

Stay updated on changes in family law statutes and legal precedents to ensure effective representation. Requirements - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state bar.

Minimum of 5 years of experience handling family law cases, including litigation.

Proven ability to manage and expand a book of business successfully.

Strong analytical, research, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

High standards of ethics, integrity, and sound judgment.

Experience mentoring or supervising entry-level legal staff is a plus.
