Position Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the conceptualization and development of marketing collateral for marketing campaigns and internal communications. They will also lead the entirety of the proposal process, managing all resources necessary for a successful submittal.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with progressive responsibilities in marketing, procurement and communications for a related industry (A/E/C).
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related fields required.
Experience managing multiple priorities across multiple regions.
Ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail and accountability.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to edit and proof communications.
Advanced user / Ingenuity of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator); Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
Experience in Database Applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
Strong knowledge of both private and federal procurement requirements and regulations.
Essential Duties:
Manage and lead the proposal process from RFP release through interview presentation, including composition of technical business proposal in response to RFPs, RFQs or RFIs to include executive summary, experience, pricing, technical qualifications, compliance, and background.
Convey information to and manage involvement of sub-consultants, trade partners, and their respective roles including design/solution features, strategy, and overall schedule.
Coordinate with Directors, Regional Managers, Project Managers, Business Development professionals, Engineers, and other team members to develop and document capture strategies.
Ensure quality control of proposals, presentations, graphical design features, research, templates, formats, graphic layout, production, and all deliverables.
Oversee and manage communications programs to successfully position and differentiate Hensel Phelps Facility Services in the market, including website, social media, feature articles, videos, advertising, and other mediums as necessary.
Coordination with Hensel Phelps corporate marketing team for implementation of company standards and protocols.
Implement internal communications plan to showcase a culture of care and continuous employee engagement including Services newsletter, employee portal, and new hire welcome/marketing kit.
Physical Work Classification & Demands:
Heavy Work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
The individual in this position will periodically walk, kneel, sit, crouch, reach, stoop, read/see, speak, push, pull, lift, stand, and finger/@type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and field activity.
Walking - The person in this position needs to frequently move about the jobsite.
Sometimes operates a computer or tablet and other office machinery, such as a calculator and phone.
The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and external stakeholders regarding a variety of topics related to office and field administration.
Constantly reads written communications and views mail submissions. Will also need to read blueprints and take/verify field measurements.
Climbing - Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding and ramps at various heights.
Balancing - Ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling and to walk, stand or crouch.
Stooping - Bending the body downward and forward by the spine at the waist.
Reaching - Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction for various lengths of time.
Grasping - Needs to apply pressure to an object with fingers and palm regularly.
Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.
Occasionally exposed to high and low temperatures.
Frequently exposed to noisy environment and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
