The Team:
Support the WW Events Marketing team across Gaming and Consumer portfolios during the 2026 transition year.
Contribute to event planning, logistics, product readiness, strategic discussions, and cross-team alignment.
Provide major support for the Summer Gaming Event occurring near the internship start date.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event logistics for internal and external events across Gaming and Consumer portfolios.
Coordinate product shipments, demo units, returns, and event setup needs.
Support venue coordination, attendee lists, vendor communication, and staffing documentation.
Participate in strategic planning discussions and provide research or benchmarks as needed.
Support cross-functional alignment with Ops, Product, Category, Alliances, and regional marketers.
Laison with the local Chopin team in Houston for Event product preparation.
Help organize event assets, document event learnings, and contribute to recaps.
Maintain trackers and documentation for timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows.
Education and Experience Required :
Currently enrolled in a master or MBA program with at least 1 year complete and a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2026, and not require sponsorship in the future.
Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams.
Clear, professional communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to quickly learn Gaming and Consumer product portfolios.
Attention to detail and ability to track logistics, shipments, dependencies, and deliverables.
Comfort working in a high-velocity, global marketing environment.

The pay range for this position is $29.40 to $33.60per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
