Job Title: Solar Electrical Superintendent

Must be able to work local projects in the Greater Southern California area (Los Angeles, Inland Empire, & Orange county)

Pay is $60/hr depending on experience.

Job Description

Join our team as a Solar Superintendent where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of solar projects by overseeing subcontractors and managing various scopes of work.

Responsibilities

Oversee on-site operations and maintain a hands-on approach to project management.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness of work.

Ensure all project deadlines are met across different scopes of work.

Oversee the installation of commercial PV systems, chargers, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Essential Skills

3-5 years of experience in commercial solar energy projects, including utility-scale projects.

Proven skills in Electrical, solar labor, construction planning, and construction management.

Experience in solar installation management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong background in electrical solar management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ontario, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
