Our client, a global leader in medical technology , is seeking a Product Development Tech to join their team. As a Product Development Tech , you will be part of the R&D/Product Development Department supporting engineering and laboratory teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , attention to detail , and collaborative teamwork abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.

Product Development Technician

Location:

Brea, CA (Onsite M-F, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM)

Pay Range:

$33-$41/hr

Submittal rate not guaranteed and will be determined by BD after interview. Interviews will be in-person.

What's the Job?

( Max 5 )

Gather, maintain, compile, and format technical data including lab results, material tests, and engineering design changes.

Produce engineering documentation such as reports, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics.

Execute test protocols, conduct testing, and document/communicate results accurately.

Provide technical support to engineers and assist with equipment scoping, qualifications, and routine lab functions.

Support proto@type development, equipment calibration, safety procedures, and routine maintenance.

What's Needed?

High school diploma with 8+ years of lab or regulated technician experience, OR BS in a technical field with 2-4 years in an R&D/lab environment.

Experience following written procedures and working collaboratively in a team setting.

Ability to understand and execute designed test procedures.

Proficiency with personal computers and technical documentation.

Ability to train lower-level technicians and contribute solutions to routine technical problems.
