Our client, a global leader in medical technology , is seeking a Product Development Tech to join their team. As a Product Development Tech , you will be part of the R&D/Product Development Department supporting engineering and laboratory teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , attention to detail , and effective teamwork abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.

Product Development Technician

Location:

Brea, CA (Onsite - M-F, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM)

Pay Range:

$33-$41/hr

Submittal rate is not guaranteed and will be determined by BD after interview. Interviews will be in-person.

What's the Job?

(Max 5)

Gather, format, compile, and manipulate technical data including lab test results, material testing information, and engineering design changes.

Prepare technical documents, reports, flow charts, block diagrams, schematics, and quantitative summaries.

Execute test protocols, conduct testing, and accurately document and communicate results.

Provide technical support to engineers, assist with equipment scoping, qualifications, and general laboratory operations.

Support proto@type process development, calibration activities, safety procedures, and routine lab equipment maintenance.

What's Needed?

(Max 5)

High school diploma with 8+ years of lab or regulated technician experience, OR BS in a technical field with 2-4 years of R&D/lab experience.

Experience following written procedures and working in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to understand and perform designed test procedures.

Proficiency with personal computers and technical documentation.

Ability to train lower-level technicians and develop solutions to routine technical problems.
