We are looking to hire a Superintendent, Electrical at Princess. The Superintendent, Electrical at Princess is responsible for overseeing the planning, maintenance, and lifecycle management of electrical systems across 4-6 assigned ships. This includes managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets, overseeing vendor services, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and classification standards. The role contributes to both short- and long-term asset planning, including dry dock preparation, system upgrades, and integration of emerging technologies. Working closely with shipboard Chief Electrical Officer, Supply Chain, Hotel Refurbishment, and cross-functional departments, the Superintendent ensures timely execution of projects and alignment with HESS principles. They provide technical guidance, manage service agreements, and delegate operational tasks to technical coordinators or ship personnel as appropriate. Requirements:
