The Director, of Commerce Media Product will be responsible for leading the strategic vision and execution of our retail media network's (RMN) product suite
What You'll Do
Description
- Manage end-to-end product roadmaps, aligning business objectives with technical feasibility.
Lead continuous product discovery to maintain a backlog focused on high-impact solutions that solve core client pain points and drive revenue growth
Support the design and implementation of a scalable, robust data infrastructure that powers audience segmentation and attribution.
Develop and lead "test-and-learn" frameworks to rapidly assess the viability of new technologies before full-scale rollout.
Identify and assess strategic partners to enhance the commerce product offerings
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product roadmap and positioning
Create and manage the go-to-market plans for new product launches.
Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training, and programs that support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of ad tech products and initiatives, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment of product messaging and positioning across all channels.
What You Have
Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, Digital Ad Tech Stack, Retail Media Advertising and the underlying technologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred: Indicate "nice to haves" regarding education, skills, and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative/technical, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
7 years experience as a product manager or director, with a track record of driving successful product launches.
